Max's Tavern - Social Media and Event Management

During my tenure at Max's Tavern, I not only excelled in bartending but also took on the role of managing the social media team and organizing events. Collaborating with a talented group of photographers and Allen Hall Advertising, I successfully established a warm, inviting, and engaging social media presence that resonated with our audience.

As the liaison between social media and bar management, I ensured that our marketing vision was seamlessly executed. One of my key initiatives was the integration of "Knowledge Knights," a weekly trivia night held every Wednesday, aimed at boosting sales during traditionally slower periods.

I secured sponsorships from brands such as Bud Light, which provided complimentary seltzer tastings for attendees, as well as partnerships with distributors like Pendleton, Bumble, Fireball, and PBR, who contributed merchandise for prizes. Additionally, I developed trivia questions and managed the event, overseeing scorekeeping and supporting the host to cultivate an enjoyable atmosphere.

"Knowledge Knights" quickly became one of the tavern's most popular events, consistently drawing full capacity and significantly enhancing our midweek sales.
